shown eating her breakfast, this being a bowl of cereal. During that, she
sings the intro/first verse of the song. After the slow opening, she dances

house. The video shows men playing volleyball on the beach and other people
swimming in the pool. Then you see Anastacia lying on a pool side with
braids wearing Bikini. When the second chorus breaks, an old man sprinkles
her wet using his hose. Next, the camera travels through a sand castle. When
it gets out of the castle, we see Anastacia dancing while behind her people

In the video, Anastacia is shown as a mannequin, which falls in love
with another mannequin. At the chorus she breaks the window and runs to the
male mannequin. They dance in the snow and fall in love. The two then run
into a room and make love. Later, the shop in which they are displayed goes
out of business. All of the shop's materials are thrown away and sent to
some sort of factory where a fire burns. They end up being melted in a fire
and while holding hands, there shapes are contorted into the image of a
heart. The video also shows Anastacia singing in a dark green room. She is
dressed in all black which conceal all of her but her head and hands. It
appears as if she is mourning the loss of the lovers and the many empty
chairs around her, that she later thrashes about the room, symbolize that
she is alone, which is the songs theme.

Once upon a time...
The video is in black and white, and starts with a man, whose role in the story
is not clear, assumedly the man she used to have a relationship with. As he
fades away Anastacia is seen just lying on the ground singing the song
looking very distressed, the camera zooms in from above. Also, throughout
the video, scenes are shown where we see Anastacia in a black dress looking
at strange images floating around her while singing too. Other shots include
Anastacia burning, a beautiful rose freezing and a dark wood where the pop
star and the mysterious man keep appearing. While singing the second verse,
we discover she is in a padded room in some sort of mental
hospital/psychiatric ward, it would appear all other shots would be some
sort of dream or delusion Anastacia is having. At the 2½ minutes mark, when
the chorus is repeated again, Anastacia goes completely insane running
around crying, smacking the walls and looking extremely upset. At the end,
she 'wakes up, probably after her fit. In her padded room there are drawings
of the man lying next to her, as the camera is zooming out from above
Anastacia rocks back and forth screaming to us. The camera gets further and
further away until all that is left is a small white dot submerged in black.
Did you know that...
For the first time in Anastacia's career it is a
entirely black and white video.

Eros is singing the first verse while he's walking in a castle, then
Anastacia is singing her part in another room from the castle. After that
it's turning Black and White and you see Anastacia stepping out of a car and
walking through the street in a 30/40's outfit. She's taking place at a
table from a restaurant and all the paparazzi is making pictures of her.
While Eros is riding in his car singing his verse they go to the 50's.
Anastacia is parking her scooter and they found each other but suddenly
they're on a set from a movie and they're the actors. Then the director
stops the scene and Anastacia and Eros are mad at him. At the end you see
Anastacia sitting beside a projector and she's watching Eros.

Aurora who is daughter of Eros and a fan of Anastacia.
